Rana dials back authentic Italian ingredients in fresh pasta overhaul

Rana has overhauled its fresh filled pasta range – but the new recipes contain a lower proportion of meat and fewer authentic Italian ingredients.
Braised Beef & Red Wine Ravioli 250g has been replaced with Slow Cooked Beef & Red Wine Girasoli 250g.
The braised beef filling used to contain 99% beef and now contains 65% beef while parmigiano reggiano PDO has been removed from the recipe.
Meanwhile, Prawn, Burrata & Lemon Zest Girasoli 250g has been replaced with Garlic Prawn & Chilli Girasoli 250g.
