Objective \tCapture prices and promotions tracking on a monthly basis across the fresh chicken category in the top 5 stores in the Moscow area. Methodology \tOur field team in Moscow visited each store on a monthly basis covertly. \tThe team captured the prices & promotions across the fresh chicken categories which included our clients\u2019 products as well as their competitors. \tBay and individual sku photographs were also taken on each visit. Outcome \tOur data provided our client with the insight they needed across the category, allowing them to monitor their competitors pricing strategies as well as their own.
