Objective \tAssosia were commissioned to conduct consumer attitude questionnaires looking at defects by key categories. Methodology \tOur client provided Assosia with the questionnaire and criteria which was based around various defects which are found at store level. \tEach participant had to answer qualifying questions to ensure they match our client's criteria set before taking part in the full questionnaire. \tWe also asked participants to provide any additional feedback based on their shopping experience. Outcome \tOur client received full feedback from 1,000 participants \tThe feedback provided our client with useful insight into consumers attitude should a product defect be found.
