Online Surveys gaining consumer feedback around product defects

Conducting online surveys to gain consumer feedback based on product defects.

Objective

  • Assosia were commissioned to conduct consumer attitude questionnaires looking at defects by key categories.

Methodology

  • Our client provided Assosia with the questionnaire and criteria which was based around various defects which are found at store level.
  • Each participant had to answer qualifying questions to ensure they match our client’s criteria set before taking part in the full questionnaire.
  • We also asked participants to provide any additional feedback based on their shopping experience.

Outcome

  • Our client received full feedback from 1,000 participants
  • The feedback provided our client with useful insight into consumers attitude should a product defect be found.
