Online surveys to gain consumer feedback based on ‘Back to School’
Objective
- Gain consumer feedback based on their ‘Back to School’ experience.
Methodology
- Our dedicated in-house account management team worked with our client to write a consumer questionnaire which would provide our client with the feedback they need.
- Each participant had to answer qualifying questionnaires to ensure they met our client’s criteria set before completing the questionnaire.
- Once all participants completed the questionnaires, the feedback was collated and provided to our client in Excel as well as a summary PowerPoint presentation.
Outcome
- Our client received feedback from 698 participants.
- The feedback provided back to our client allowed them to review their ranges in store in time for their next ‘Back to School’ campaign.
