To remain competitive, retailers continually have to monitor and assess their product ranges in line with their customer’s needs and therefore a range review has become an essential tool in many retailers’ strategies. By feeding back differences in advance, Assosia have been able to ensure that range reviews happen on time and result in a minimising of budgets.
Post range review audits can also be completed to ensure that everything has been implemented correctly ensuring that head office have accurate records of the set up in each store.
