Whether an official recall is required or simply a covert piece of investigation as the first phase, Assosia are able to mobilise our global field teams within hours of a request.
Assosia will visit the appropriate stores where the defective products may have been sent and check all products on shelf and in the warehouse to see if the defective codes are present. Depending on results, Assosia can either purchase the products or discuss the issue with the store manager.
Our field teams feedback information directly from each store as they complete the investigation allowing clients to make instant decisions on whether an official recall is required or whether the investigation has been enough.
If a full recall is implemented, again Assosia are able to compliment the store personnel’s efforts by assisting the retailers with the recall ensuring that only defective batches are removed from shelf rather than all products, minimising the amount of wastage, consumer inconvenience and keeping lost sales costs down.
